What is the "REFER A FRIEND" program?

Modellers.gr has developed a program, according to which, any of its customers in Greece or abroad who are over 18 years old, has the opportunity to recommend to a friend, a member of his family, or anyone known to him, the products of the e-shop, and in case he buys at least one product, then both will enjoy the privileges mentioned below.

Information

Any customer who has purchased at least one of the products and has created an account on  Modellers.gr (from now on for the sake of brevity "the Referrer"), can recommend the e-shop and its products to a third person (from now on "the Referred") through a platform located in the e-shop. The company will then send an e-mail to the Referred informing him about the Program and its terms. In case the Referred makes a complete purchase of a product of Modellers.gr after the recommendation, then both gain a 10% discount on their next purchase from Modellers.gr.

By registering the data of the Referred, the Referrer explicitly gives his consent for disclosure of his personal data to the Referred. Referrer also gives his explicit consent to the company to keep and store his personal data. The company states that personal data processing is confidential and that it takes all technical and organizational means to ensure their confidentiality and protection. From the moment the Referred buys a product, it is presumed that both have agreed to the company's processing and maintenance of their data.

If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding, the remaining terms remain in effect.
