The Blohm & Voss P.178 is a single-seater dive bomber propelled by jet power with an asymmetric design. It was one of many paper projects discovered by the Allied forces after the German Army was defeated in 1945. Bolong Voss has been engaged in the design of asymmetrical aircraft, the more famous BV.141 reconnaissance aircraft and light bomber. The design feature of P.178 is a body with a streamlined cockpit, fuel tank and bomb bay. The aircraft is equipped with two 15 mm MG 151 cannons and two small rocket engines on the rear fuselage on the nose, and can carry a 500 kg or larger 1000 kg bomb inside. The main power of the jet engine is designed to be installed on the straight wing on the right side of the fuselage. It's a pity that this special aircraft has not really appeared.
