In the Second WW, the hound-type armored vehicles used by the British troops appeared in many different models such as: Hound I (using US 37mm main gun), Hound III (using a similar British Crusader tank turret) and Hound air defense. The turret of the Hound Air Defense armored vehicle is a new open-top design made by Chevrolet. It is equipped with two 12.7mm Blanching machine guns. The power-operated turret can be rotated 360 degrees to shoot upwards and planes. The position of the machine gunner on the right of the driver can be cancelled for the purpose of placing non-electricity! There are 3 people on board. Production officially started in October 1943, and about one thousand hound air defense armored vehicles were produced by mid-1945.
