The significant part of the German Wermacht autopark during WWII was formed by 1,5 t cargo trucks. One of the most numerous of them was Typ 2,5-32, which was produced with 6 cyl. engine that was also used in Kapitan passenger car and had rear drive only. Typ 2,5-32 had been widely used by all German arms for service, up to the end of war at the Soviet-German front, in Italy and in France. Some of them had shelters and were used as ambulance trucks. There were produced about 10,000 Typ 2,5-32 trucks during 1938-1942
